Law Office of Ryan S. Shipp, PLLC, a real estate law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and trustworthy front desk sales associate to support our team. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will need to have the ability to assist with selling our services, impeccable organizational skills, pay attention to detail, customer service, and a high level of professionalism both in person and on the phone. Our firm is seeking a reliable applicant with a positive attitude and great work ethic.

Job responsibilities include:

- Sales;

- Scheduling client appointments, coordinating hearings, and maintaining the attorneys calendar;

- Answering phones, screening and directing the calls;

- Opening, scanning, filing and distributing mail;

- Opening and closing files;

- Managing and keeping files organized;

- Conducting minimal legal research;

- Drafting and preparing correspondences;

- E-Filing and E-Recording; and

- Billing

Job qualifications:

- Willing to learn;

- Highly motivated individual;

- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer;

References Required.

Paid personal days, sicks days and vacation time.

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
