Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the wireless or technology industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer calls and inquiries
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
