NOW HIRING for Outbound Sales Associate!!! These positions will be a hybrid mixture of in office and remote. MUST LIVE in MN!!! Please do not apply if you don't reside in MN or do not have the MUST HAVES below!!

MUST HAVES:

• 6+ months of customer service experience (call center/retail/food service) - must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and have a positive outlook on the conversation since they are the first point of contact with the customer
• Prior call center/sales experience is highly preferred - candidates with this experience will be a quick hire

Description:

• Candidate will be assisting national contact center within the mortgage line of business.
• Candidates will be the front line contact with potential customers of home mortgage.
• This role will consist of outbound calling/cold calling of potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs.
• This is a high volume contact center. Agents could be making 100-150 calls per day.

Pay:

$19-20/hr

Shift:

Team members will be required to work in the office for the first 2-3 weeks and then will transition to hybrid schedule. 1 week in and then 1 week remote. In order to work hybrid/remote you must have a quiet and professional place, or you can work in the office.

Shift:

7am CST - 8pm CST start time (after training is completed); variable shifts. Sat rotation. One per month and the comp day off during that week to keep hours at 40.

Core hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-5PM
