Success Vision Express, a thriving one-hour optical, is looking to hire friendly and motivated individuals that have a passion for helping others.

*After training, average compensation is over $18.00 per hour including commissions. Also, opportunity to get 5 raises in the first 18 months.The position can be full time or part time.

This is an incredible opportunity to start your career as an Optician helping patients find their perfect pair of glasses or an Optical Lab Technician learning the art of cutting lenses and making glasses. Paid training on the job.This is working alongside an optometrist office. We currently have openings for both roles at our new St. Louis, MO location.

No previous optical experience is required.

Our U.S. based Optometry offices and Optical retail stores, are designed to provide excellence in medical eye-care, contacts, and glasses. Our missional focus is core to all that we do throughout the Success Vision organization. We define this focus as the humanitarian work characterized as faith based Medical Missions. Each year we partner with missions organizations such as Soulteam and YWAM, to coordinate these medical missions trips to underserved countries. There are many ways our employees lead and serve through these efforts. Many of them will actually travel as part of the medical missions team, while others serve and lead, through donation collection and project administration. While these trips are only ten to twelve days in length, many have found them to be life changing.
