Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Rep & Agency Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for servicing existing clients, and providing them with outstanding personalized customer care. In addition, you will assist in setting appointments, applications, and have an opportunity for uncapped sales incentive opportunities.

You will have an opportunity to earn a $1k signing bonus if you already have either your P&C license or Life license.

This position is 9 am to 5 pm Monday -Friday

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Willingness to obtain Insurance licenses in property & casualty.
• Problem solving skills
• The ability to be a self starter
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Outstanding sales and relationship skills
• Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus
• Ability to learn proprietary products, services, and computer systems
• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
