Position: Senior Retail Sales Associate - Furniture Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Furniture Sales Excellence:

• Showcase your expertise in furniture sales by assisting customers in selecting the perfect pieces to enhance their homes.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, demonstrating features, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure an informed and satisfying shopping experience.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and effective communication.
• Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions to exceed expectations.

Sales Leadership:

• Take the lead in driving furniture sales within the store, meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.

Administrative Duties:

• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer transactions.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

Proven Retail Sales Experience

Furniture Product Knowledge

Customer-Centric Approach

Bilingual is a PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
