Job Duties and Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Account Management: Oversee and enhance our Amazon Vendor Central account, ensuring product listings are available, optimal and reflect our brand accurately, and interface with Amazon Vendor team including execution of yearly negotiations and P&L ownership
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis on Amazon to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the local & global sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective strategies to boost our Amazon presence and sales
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize Amazon specific & market wide analytics tools to track account performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management
- Vendor Central Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central to maximize account potential and stay ahead of platform changes and opportunities
Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum):
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon sales. Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel
- Skills and experience in business negotiation
