WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Game Changer or Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support
• Probe to understand customer needs and share solutions
• Potential to care for Technical Support or troubleshooting
• Potential to drive Inbound Sales support and earn incentives!
• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Our basic requirements for each of these positions are:

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
• You will be expected to successfully utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
