Account Manager / Production Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

**Client Management**:

- Cultivate strong communication and relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.

- Address client needs promptly and effectively.

**Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise field personnel.

- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.

- Manage employee development and career growth within the company.

- Jump in to fill Crew Leader position when it is required.

**Operations Oversight**:

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Ensure quality standards are met on all projects.

- Implement operational improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.

- Conduct regular safety training and inspections.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

- Assist in developing proposals and presenting enhancements to clients.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in commercial landscape management or related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
