JOB TITLE: Sales Representative Business Development - Full-Time - Days
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non-Exempt
PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Intandem Solutions
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Vice President of Operations Intandem Solutions

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the sales representative is to grow our current packaging, assembly, paper shredding, order fulfillment, commercial cleaning, and warehousing services customer base. Should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, its essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience:
BA/BS Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administration or related field
One to three (1-3) years sales and marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software and phone systems

Preferred Education, Training & Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Experience identifying prospective customers
Experience public speaking and delivering presentations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Valid New York State drivers license that meets the Agencys driving policy
Ability to travel throughout Western New York and other areas as needed
Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize tasks
Work flexible hours as needed
Highly motivated and results driven
Effective Communicator with relationship management skills

SALARY:
$60,000-$100,000 per year salary, including commission
