OTS Truck Centersis the largest pre-owned long hood truck dealership in the nation! Our team is looking to add a driven Sales Professional who can bring a positive attitude and will work well with other team members. The ideal candidate must be driven, have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to talk to many customers daily. Our company focuses on customer satisfaction and provides a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:

• Understands our products by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
• Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal truck.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various trucks.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
• Enhances dealership reputation by remaining professional while advertising on social media, and other advertising platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Utilizes sales systems, i.e., CRM, DMS, phones, and Microsoft Office
• Continuously stay updated on training materials.

Required Education, Skills & Abilities:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• High energy, self-starting and highly motivated
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+, bend & stoop (lifting truck hoods for customers)

Benefits & Compensation:

• $30,000 base salary plus commission
• $80,000-$120,000+ earning potential
