Full description of the position

We are seeking a qualified Truck & Equipment Sales professional to manage the sale of our pre-owed heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers. Spanish speakers are welcomed. This person is responsible for entire sales process from lead generation, client development, presentation of proposals and closing the deal.

YOUR ROLE

• Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers via prospecting, networking and referral activities
• Use industry and equipment knowledge to influence and negotiate deals with strong returns
• Ensure competitive pricing through regular market analysis
• Generate daily/weekly reports for senior management on all phases of equipment sales

YOUR PROFILE

• Self-starter with a proven track record in customer service and meeting sales quotas
• Good communicator with a strong social personality that also presents a professional image.
• Knowledgeable in depreciation and truck values
• Well versed in the registration / titling process
• Previous experience in commercial truck sales preferred but not mandatory.

**This is not a BS sales job, we like to hire people on a long term basis.

Our sales team receives a salary of $4000 a month plus commission per units sold, you can easily make $100k plus yearly if you are a hard worker who wants to put in the effort and learn. You can easily make a home here. We also offer free dental, vision and employer contributed health care.

We are a used tractor/trailer dealership in fontana, ca. we have been in business for almost 24 years selling used tractors and trailers to owner operator and small fleet owners.
