Walter E. Smithe Interior Designers have the unique joy of bringing beautiful design and happiness to their clients. As a Smithe Interior Designer, youll qualify clients, assess their needs, and design rooms that inspire and delight.

• Deliver exceptional client experiences, resulting in repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators

What youll Need:

• Confidence and charisma to thrive in a commission-based sales role
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
• Access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license
• The ability to move through the showroom at a pace that satisfies the needs of our clients
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems
