HYBRID Sales Representative - 80% REMOTE
Location: near Burlington, MA
Salary: $60,000 -$65,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr. OTE: $85K+, 2nd yr. $100K+) + Benefits

HYBRID Sales Representative Description
Our client, a small IT consulting company outside of Boston, is looking for a Sales Representative to add to their growing team. You will prospect and close new customer accounts, projects, and services while meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Ideal candidates will have experience in cold calling and lead generation and demonstrate the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships built on trust and transparency. Our client will ensure that you feel fully versed and knowledgeable of the product offerings through thorough training and mentorship by the Sales Manager. Note: no technical knowledge or sales experience is necessary for this role just an ambitious mentality and the willingness to learn. This is a great entry-level opportunity to launch a sales career in a booming industry with unlimited professional and financial growth.
HYBRID Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a sales database
- Develop sales prospects
- Attend networking events
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Assist in creating sales and marketing presentations
- Deliver sales presentations to prospects
- Travel to local sales appointments
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Close prospects and ensure contract documentation is in place
- Collaborate with the marketing department on campaigns
HYBRID Sales Representative Qualifications
- B2B sales/lead qualifying experience required
- Consultative sales approach required
- Prospecting and cold-calling experience required
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% locally to customer sites
