Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients based on their needs and budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage options, and rates
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
- Utilize telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales techniques to generate leads and close sales
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone
- Multilingual skills, are a plus

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,464.00 per year
