We are seeking an Advertising Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team!

We operate numerous local TV and radio stations, including Univision and WTLQ FM-97.7 Latino, and we are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Clerical duties such as but not limited to entering orders or editing existing orders for our Spanish Radio and TV properties
• Submit cash statements and billing invoices as needed
• Update TV Programming on a weekly basis for Spanish Stations
• Scan and file active orders for administration
• Translate and/or transcribe commercial spots
• Work with promotions, production and other internal departments to coordinate tasks
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional, positive, highly self-motivated, focused, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred
