Alcoa Good Times is the premier motorsport dealership in East TN. We sell all of the premium brands for the Knoxville market, and looking for a premium sales professional with knowledge of the industry.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty proficiently. The jobs requirements are :

We are looking for someone that has the ability to learn/retain an abundance of information due to the amount of different products we sell

Must be a coachable person that can positively take constructive criticism

Ability to have a conversation with someone pertaining to motorsports

Learn and understand the correct sales and financial process

Confidently present a unit to someone that fits what they are looking for while coming across as a non-pushy sales person

Good reasoning ability and able to draw conclusions

Able to collect pertinent data

Competitive

Strong follow up, phone skills and computer skills

Able to be on your feet, in and out of the weather

Smartly dressed, clean and presentable

Good computer skills to navigate the manufacturers websites

"Not my job" is not an option

Good attendance

A clean driving record, a motorcycle endorsement and boater's license is a plus

You do not need motorsports experience but PWC, offroad/ATV, motorcycle knowledge/experience would also be a plus.

Willing to do product training, online, outside of work

Working computer/laptop at home

Alcoa Good Times is a drug free and tobacco free facility.

Our hours are Tuesday - Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 9-5. Plan your long vacations August - February because during our busy season (March - August) you must be here to support the team, WE WORK EVERY SATURDAY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
