Currently seeking an experienced and qualified Sales Rep/Account Managers. Fast paced environment where your sales and leadership abilities can prosper. This position offer base pay, monthly bonus' and employee benefits.

Sales Rep/Account Manager Responsibilities will include:

• Cold calling prospects
• Making inside and outside sales calls
• Networking
• Sourcing, recruiting and screening candidates
• Managing the entire placement process
• Using specific computer and time management skills
• Building and managing the applicant database
• Building client relationships.
• Representing applicants to clients to make successful placement

Sales Rep/Account Manager Representative Job duties:

• Call companies to create leads, contacts, and clients for employment/staffing services.
• Set up and plan client appointments.
• Negotiate fees and contracts over the telephone and in person.
• Discuss hours, company information, hiring processes, and payroll with client and candidate.
• Advise clients on status of job order, trends in pay, and relay information about candidates.
• Hire and terminate candidates according to client request.
• Call and phone screen candidates to fill job positions acquired.
• Set up phone appointments, interviews, liaison job offers, and fill out new hire paperwork.
• Walk candidate through paperwork, employer confidentiality, and payroll procedures.
• Attend job fairs, association meetings, conventions etc. to create leads and candidate contacts.
• Utilize the phone, internet search engines, companys internal database, associations, newspapers and contacts for client and candidate development.
• Organize information with the use of the companys database and MS Office.

Sales Rep/Account Manager Requirements:

• Must have previous sales experience
• Proven work stability
• Positive attitude
