Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential car buyers - Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget - Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers - Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for car sales transactions - Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to meet dealership goals - Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing to effectively assist customers Requirements: - Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with dealership software systems for inventory control and customer management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
