Full description of the position

As a Sales Associate for Furniture Gallery you represent our company by having a great attitude and work ethic, being well trained in product knowledge, encouraging add on's to finish the look, generating future revenue through creating customer relationships and gathering information. Experience is not mandetory but helpful.

What we are looking for indiviuals who are:

• Engaging and outgoing possessing the ability to listen to the customer's needs and objections and respond appropriately

• Willing to learn/train regularly to keep a fresh and accuarate understanding of products, software and financing options
• Excited to build a rapport with clients
• Honest and work with integrity

What you will do:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcomed in the store
• Assist customers in finding what they are looking for, recommending additional items to complete the look and overcoming objections
• Demonstrate product quality by applying ongoing training/knowledge
• Follow up with potentials
• Keep customer's updated with eta's and information

Explain financing terms and protection plans

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
