This position is hybrid and remote eligible for up to 40% of the time. The office location for this position is at ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must remain flexible to meet current and future business needs.
Pay:
Purpose:
Accountable for the generation and management of a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate transactions, including Investment Real Estate and Construction Projects. Achieve individual production goals.
Accountabilities:
Ensure that business objectives are met in compliance with established ESL policies and procedures.

Ensure existing assigned portfolio is retained and managed in accordance with established ESL policies and procedures
- Relationship Management
- Portfolio Administration
Maintain productive working relationships with internal partners demonstrating ESL Core Values
Participates in the Business Banking Departments planning and execution of strategic initiatives
Provide leadership and guidance to others on the team
Actively engage in personal and professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and training in commercial lending
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible commercial lending experience, including financial analysis and underwriting, with a minimum of 5 years in a relationship management capacity
- Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products
- Highly developed leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical, planning, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Effective PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates alignment with ESLs Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosper
