We are seeking a customer service representative. In this role, you will be working with our outside sales team and act as a liaison between the customer and the departments of our business. The clients that we impact are in manufacturing and the skilled trades. In this role, you will contribute to our goal of providing expert solutions with headache free customer service by quickly responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that all needs are met. You will be successful if you are organized, love to help people, and dig into customer issues. The ideal applicant will have a positive attitude, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Earlbeck Gases & Technologies is a welding supply and gas distributor that has been family owned since 1919. Experience in our industry is not required- we'd love to teach the right person everything they need to know to help our customers.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
• Take and enter customer orders
• Follow up with orders and provide order status as needed
• Recommendation of products & gases
• Assist customers via email, phone, fax or in person about our welder training facility, cylinder inquiries or balances, parts look up, order status, billing issues, etc.
• Enter orders from our online store

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
