We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Join a versatile team where you will be instrumental in producing quotes and sales. As an organization that prides itself on providing a customer service experience unlike any other, this is key to the role.
• As a CSR, you'll be responsible for entering orders, verifying inventory, and liaising with our warehouses for expected delivery dates which is a pivotal role in keeping our products flowing smoothly.
• Ensure that late orders are sorted out promptly and that pending deliveries are confirmed.
• Take ownership of your assigned accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service as the point of contact that our clients trust and rely on.
• Gain exposure to the world of inventory management and be the backbone of our supply chain. Keep a watchful eye on inventory levels and coordinate releases effectively.
• Navigate and operate our ERP system, ensuring that pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are always accurate.
• Become the go-to person for monitoring shipment statuses and resolving any unexpected changes or delays. Your efforts and eventual expertise will keep our shipping process on track.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School completion, associate degree (a plus).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Background in manufacturing or logistics (a plus).
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
