Full description of the position

Job summary:
This radio sales position entails revenue generation and business development activities. The job involves developing a new advertising client base and nurturing meaningful relationships with existing clients.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sales
- Account management
- Copywriting
- Radio board work and production as needed

Applicant skill set should include:
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, and communication.
- Positive personality, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Team player, self-starter, works well independently and with others.
- Individuals with prior sales experience encouraged.

Preferred:
-Radio experience is preferable.
-A bachelors degree is desirable.
-Prior media sales experience is an advantage.
