The Inside Sales Executive for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for test menu expansion driving incremental revenue and supporting new product launches primarily focused in the chemistry and immunoassay business in North America.

This position is part of the marketing department and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the North America Chemistry and Immunoassay Marketing team and report to the Director, North America Marketing Chem/IA responsible for incremental revenue via menu expansion and supporting new product launches in North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with varying levels of the marketing organization to drive chemistry and immunoassay launches and commercial readiness for the North America market.
  • Responsible for partnering with field sales associates to drive the menu expansion sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to strategy and execution.
  • Drive accountability on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database related to Point of Contact (POC) information, sales call activities, funnel development, among other data points.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Must have a bachelors degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. 5+ years in field sales or marketing experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency and analytical ability to work and understand the relationship between multiple business systems like Power BI, Excel, SFDC, etc. Full MS office suite experience with CRM, Power BI system experience preferred.
  • Clinical experience in Laboratory Diagnostics or related medical device, diagnostic, life sciences, sales or service background preferred.
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional, dynamic team environment with the ability to sell technically complex products with customers to foster relationships that lead to favorable buying decisions along with phenomenal perseverance and resilience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Multifaceted, hardworking individual to implement sales activities. Self-starter with a positive outlook while passionate about quality work that strives to achieve desired metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and planning skills.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with leadership and management, as well as cross functionally.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
