Casa Soada KC is searching for driven and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our successful real estate team. We offer training, mentorship, a supportive team environment, client appreciation events, leads, a branded team name with an amazing reputation in the real estate field, and more!

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of KS or MO
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Bilingual in Spanish

-Social Media proficient
