A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES MANAGER

In this roofing sales management position, you motivate our sales team to close deals while promoting our organization and services. Your main goal is to curate a positive working environment so each person can meet their key performance indicators. To do this, you create individual sales goals with estimators, track sales goals, and report results. Diligently, you ensure projects are kept up to date by turning in the necessary paperwork, sending requested documentation, and moving projects to the appropriate phase. You also follow up with customers after proposals are sent and continue to correspond throughout the project. With your efforts, our company thrives and operates efficiently!
