DESCRIPTION: This individual will be responsible to create sufficient revenue to provide a positive impact on the bottom line profitability of the organization. Direct reporting structure is to the Market Area Global Sales Manager.The primary duties and role of the position will fall under the RW Hartnett Market of the organization. As an O.E.M., we are continually challenged to maintain positive relationships in all locations where our equipment has been installed. This position will function to enhance existing relationships and develop new relationships by ensuring all replacement and upgrade part requests are given priority attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVICE PARTS AND INSIDE SALES:

Standard job duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Work with Market Area Global Sales Manager to develop business segment strategy and monitor progress of business plan goals and objectives.
• Implement strategy with other market area employees.
• Attend industry specific meetings and trade shows as required to facilitate networking and teambuilding opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day parts proposals for customers.
• Follow up on quotes with customers.
• Communicate with customers on orders status.
• Handle logging quotes and purchase orders into ERP system.
• Provide support as necessary for direct and third-party service representatives when parts are required.
• Assist with capital project inquiries and proposals when necessary.
• Establish database of competitors at various plant sites.
• Assist in reviewing potential new and existing products for development and/or enhancement.
• Other duties as necessary to support corporate sales, service and support objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
