Job Overview:

As a Commission-Based Merchant Cash Advantage Inside Sales Representative at Brookestone Funding INC, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with business owners in need of financing solutions. Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to business owners to understand their financing needs.
• Educate clients on our Merchant Cash Advantage products and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present financing options effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Embrace an uncapped commission structure and enjoy monthly bonuses based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the financial or business services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market trends.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Successful candidates have the opportunity to earn well in excess of $100,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses based on performance.

Time: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
