Parts Front Counter Sales Associate

Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart has an opportunity for a Parts Front Counter Sales Associate to join their award-winning team! Opportunities for overtime and career advancement!

The Parts Front Counter Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers at our front counters. Fast-paced environment ensures youll be challenged and learn valuable skills in a high-performing sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with finding parts for their vehicles
• Offer related parts sales based on what the customer is ordering
• Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
• Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
• Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry

Job Requirements:

• Full-time position Monday to Friday 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch we are currently hiring for the following time slot:
• 9AM to 6PM M-F, one every four Saturdays from 7AM to 3PM
• Computer and phone use required for job must be proficient with both
• Prior automotive parts experience required
• Fluency in Spanish language required
• Team oriented
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Background check and drug test required this is a safety-sensitive position and screens for marijuana - you must be able to pass for this

Pay: $17.00 per hour
