Full description of the position

Required: A minimum of 2 Years of Experience in the Coffee & Bakery Industry.

Requirements You are the ideal person we are looking for if:

• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work in a group setting
• MUST Greet customers with a smile
• Accurately prepare all coffee orders while maintaining high productivity levels
• Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Daily sales of French bread, pastries, and prep meals
• You are reliable and punctual
• You are organized and conscientious
• Proper clothing including non-slip shoes
• Have excellent time management skills and must be able to prioritize
• Must have proper knife handling skills and obey safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work in different temperature environments (Hot and Cold)
• MUST be able to stand for long periods of time
• MUST be able to work overtime, weekends, and varied shifts to meet company demands
• Flexible in work habits and work schedule. Shift hours may vary
• Certified in Safe Food Handling is preferred
• You have good knowledge of French pastries
• You have prior training and experience in coffee making

- Must be able to work Graveyard/Early shifts/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet company demands
