To ensure that we exceed our clients goals and expectations, we are looking for a highly-skilled individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Assistant.
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to train directly with our senior-level Sales Managers and gain extensive knowledge on how to effectively represent our clients. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with some of our customer service and client relations team members to learn the ins and outs of the industry. The Entry Level Sales Assistant position is designed for someone with a true passion in fostering positive client relations, assisting customers in their needs, and driving the company to new heights!
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant:
- Utilize product and service knowledge to increase sales and generate business that bring longevity and value to the company
- Increase new customer acquisitions by engaging with customers and educating them on potential services available to them offered by our clients
- Enhance every customers experience by providing a genuine, positive, and professional interaction when assisting them directly in person
- Apply market research and competitive pricing to upsell our clients products and services when it benefits the customers needs
- Ensure any records of the customers contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package are correct before submitting to our Quality Control team
- Gain full comprehension of our clients campaign goals, current promotions, new expansions, and sales targets by attending all conference calls and participate in on-site training sessions
Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Sales Assistant role:
- High School diploma or comparable certification is preferred
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in a customer service, customer relations, customer support, sales, or similar field recommended
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work full time hours including Saturdays
- Residing in local area to office is a bonus when conducting market research
- Adaptable in fast-paced working environments
- Ability to working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Distinguished in verbal communication, visual presentation, and public speaking
- Solution-oriented and provides creative, clear, and concise responses to our customers inquiries and issues through critical thinking
- Self-driven, motivated, and eager to train with our senior-level managers to develop stronger relationship building skills with our clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
