Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in sales administration tools and software
- Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,654.00 - $66,340.00 per year
