Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities:
Follow-up with leads for increased sales.
Nurture client relationships to generate more sales.
Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then show relevant properties.
Organize open houses to promote agency listings.
Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing, ensuring a quick and seamless transaction.
Attract prospective clients to drive new business.
Possess local knowledge of the community, market conditions, and property details.

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:
Preferred past sales experience.
Tech-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivation and drive.
Show good organizational and time management skills.
A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule
