About us

Ludlow Composites Corporation is a 80-year old leading manufacturer of PVC and latex foam products.

Lead Generation Specialist

Duties:

• Prospect leads through relevant channels
• Initiate cold calls, e-mails and other outbound communications
• Utilize sales techniques to engage prospects and gather relevant information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Research prospective customers to identify lead channels
• Follow up with leads through warm calling and email communication to nurture relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to make outbound calls and engage prospects effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• A positive approach to objection handling
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and database management tools
• Good use of social media and content management systems
