Job Description
The Keri Shull Team is searching for a determined and hard-working individual with a passion for Real Estate to join our team! As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be working with an experienced real estate agent who has sold over $50 million. This role is a full-time position and will be directly assisting one of our Lead Agents with their prospecting, transactions, and day-to-day duties.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to jump into the real estate industry and to take their career to the next level through mentorship. You must be willing to eventually get your real estate license.

This position has a base salary plus commission.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospecting and calling for new business
• Researching properties, tax records and off market opportunities for clients
• Scheduling and conducting showings, inspections, appraisals and other appointments as needed
• Managing client and transaction information in The Keri Shull Team's CRM Database
• Host Open Houses, with or without Lead Agent
• Participate in all team meetings and client related events
• Other duties as described by The Keri Shull Team or Lead Agent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
