Responsibilities:

- Complete 40 hours of property and casualty training and pass state licensing exam
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and reach out to potential customers
- Educate customers on insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs and budget
- Process insurance applications, claims, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance applications and documents
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for maintaining confidentiality of customer information

Please note that previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
