LEASING AGENT

The residential apartment community in Houma, LA is in need of a full-time Leasing Agent. This position requires interaction with visitors and residents so applicants will need to be friendly and dependable. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a great team and work for a great residential apartment community. Temp to hire
$20 per hr
M-F 8:00am -5:00pm
Occasional 3-4 hours on Saturday, if needed

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Answering the multi-system phone in a pleasant and courteous manner

Assists residents with information about the property such as the amenities provided and the layouts of the apartments.

Scheduling appointments

Data Entry updating potential residents information

Responsible for showing various apartments to prospective residents

Other administrative duties assigned such as faxing, copying, greeting guests, and more

*REQUIREMENTS:*

BILINGUAL PREFERRED!

High School Diploma or equivalent

Computer Proficient

Working knowledge of all office machines such as fax machines and copy machines.

Strong Communication Skills

Requires Great Customer Service Skills!!

At least 1 year of office experience required

*Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of previous leasing experience*

Clean Background and Drug Screen
