POSITION: Commercial Sales Associate

DEPARTMENT: Commercial Sales

REPORTS TO: Commercial Sales Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Commercial Sales Associate works under the supervision of the Commercial Sales Manager and/or appointed Leaders. This position is a member of the Commercial Sales team for the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Functions and Duties:
Communicate with sales accounts given, via email, telephone, fax

Set up new accounts, process sales orders & returns

Build relationships with customers

Actively seek new accounts to increase sales

Attend sales meetings

Attend mandatory trade shows

Keep open communication with sales management and other departments.

There may be other duties assigned or required by you that are not mentioned in this posting.

Travel: Attend Commercial Dealers shows, including all AmChar shows. Travel to Rochester for Trainings/Meetings with Sales Manager Sales Representatives.

AmChar Wholesale, Inc will provide you with a company Phone System, and Computer to perform the necessary duties of Commercial Sales Representative.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualification:
Exemplary customer service skills (Required).

Customer service working with professional clientele (law enforcement, military, first responders).

Must be clean and neat in appearance.

Ability to multitask and remain flexible.

Decision-Making Skills - You will need to use the information you have gathered to make decisions on behalf of your company.

Math Skills - Basic math skills will be needed.

Attention to detail ? Quality and organization are of the utmost importance.

Be able work well in a team environment and maintain good communication skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with times of high stress and volume.

Ability to use good judgment and logic.

Pay range based upon experience.

Experience and Education:
High School diploma and/or equivalent (required).

Exemplary Customer Service Skills (required).

Experience working with Professional Clientele (law enforcement, military, first responders).

Knowledge of Firearms and/or Firearms Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
