Join Our Sales Team as a Direct Seller!

Hey there, sales superstars! Expo Home Improvement is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our sales organization as Direct Sellers. If you're ready to rock the world of home remodeling sales, you're in the right place.

Work Schedule:

Picture this: a 5-day work week that might groove into a Saturday or a Sunday. Our appointment slots usually kick off at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm. You'll need to be available for three pre-scheduled in-home appointments a day and a sweet bonussome in-office sales training sessions once or twice a week.

On the Road:

Get ready to be a road warrior! You might find yourself driving up to 2 hours to reach those appointments. It's all about making those connections happen, right?

Primary Responsibilities:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide in-home estimates for renovation projects like Bath/Shower, Windows, and Doors. You'll be the go-to person, offering professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers.

Your Qualifications:

First things firstreliable transportation is key. Excellent communication and memorization skills are your superpowers. Being detail-oriented? Yep, we dig that.

Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales? Preferred. If you know your way around home improvement, especially Bath/Shower and/or Windows/Doors, that's a big plus. Closing deals on a one-call close appointment? That's your jam.

You're a pro at working independently, multi-tasking like a boss, and managing your time effectively. Oh, and those interpersonal skills of yours? They're golden.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
