Our Entry Level Business Development Associate is key to maintaining a high level of customer service, community engagement, and market management as we bridge together our clients and customers. The position will change as the role develops, so the scope of work increases as account management duties increase with the client. Responsibilities:

• Role models outstanding customer service for the team
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality and professionalism (especially when handling customer complaints)
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring new Customer Service Representatives
• Learn and client pertinent product knowledge for our brands
• Follow client guidelines
• Execute campaign per managements request
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers

Requirements:

• High School diploma or higher
• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a forward facing environment

Pay: $1,109.60 - $1,336.29 per week
