Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services - Process sales transactions using a cash register and handle cash accurately - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner - Provide support to other team members as needed Experience: - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus - Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desirable - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment. Pay: $58,117.00 - $63,788.00 per year
