We are looking for someone like you to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up with pre-qualified sales leads to close the sale (No cold calling is involved).
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and field inbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Present and promote products/services to drive sales and meet targets.
• Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• This is a Work From Home Position, Candidates must have the following technology
