Sales Specialist
The Sales Specialist role markets, prospects, and sells American Family Insurance products in all product lines. Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customer's needs and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. Promotes brand awareness through participation in agency and community events.

Insurance Licensing & Education

• Property & Casualty ( Preferred )
• Life & Health ( Preferred )
• High school diploma
• Continuing education courses to maintain insurance licenses and stay current with American Family compliance.

Responsibilities

• Effectively sell American Family products for all lines of business
• Consistently prospect for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, and personal contacts
• Secure new business through independent and established sale methods
• Prepare quotes, applications, and deliver presentations to close sales
• Provide excellent customer service during all points of contact with insureds
• Perform follow up duties after final sale to ensure discounts are active and insureds expectations are met
• Meet and exceed monthly sales expectations

Hours

• M-F 8:30 5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,634.00 - $81,000+ per year
