Position Title: Sales Consultant

Looking for an opportunity to make $100k+ per year?

Culver City Chevrolet is seeking dynamic, ambitious, and driven individuals to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of new and used vehicles while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

No previous auto sales experience is necessary you will receive hands-on training on all elements of car sales from product knowledge, the steps of the sale, and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers

• Provide accurate and detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals

• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with informed recommendations
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and techniques

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
