Who We Are: Primo Wrench A Part

Enterprise Recycling is a group of family-owned Automotive Recycling facilities in Texas. We are always excited to find hardworking, motivated, and competitive people who are passionate and want to join our Wrench-A-Part team. In Austin, we are growing and expanding our current market opportunities adding a new self-service yard, Primo Wrench-A-Part. This yard will help us in providing a premium supply of used parts above and beyond our existing Austin Wrench-A-Part location.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The basic function of the Sales Manager is to ensure customer and employee satisfaction. We are a high volume, high traffic, strictly retail facility. Other job functions also include, keeping abreast of established goals and growth objectives of the company and working with the management team and General Manager on all sales related aspects of the business.

Prior Experience that Sets a Sales Manager up for Success

2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-15 Team Members in a fast-paced and highly dynamic retail environment

Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen

Compensation:

Weekly salary plus commission

Starting $50K yearly
