Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life/Health Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, analyzing their needs, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales and insurance sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and negotiate insurance policies. candidates who are fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance underwriters on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:
- Retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately
- Effective communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts to clients
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in benefits administration and claims processing procedures
- Ability to market insurance products effectively through various channels
