Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate/styltist you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our female customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability
- Process sales transactions and handle cash handling with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Experience in wireless sales or technology sales is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 25 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
