We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for working with others and driving profitability. As a Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with customers. You will play a key role in creating the RMC difference. You will be responsible for soliciting business from clients outside the hotel through interactions with both potential and existing customers.

What you will be doing:

• Actively networking within the local community, Chamber and Convention & Visitors Bureau.
• Monitoring the propertys website, electronic distribution channels and completing other eCommerce initiatives to help drive business to the hotel.
• Completing reputation management initiatives through TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and other sources.
• Training and promoting the companys 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
