Golden MGT is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to join our team in Pacific, Missouri. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a total of 84 villas for seniors.

Experience with property management and/or LIHTC is beneficial, but not required.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collect and deposit monthly rent.
• Process move-in and lease renewal paperwork.
• Conduct annual lease renewal inspections.
• Write maintenance work orders.
• Maintain positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Code and approve invoices for accounting.
• Plan monthly tenant activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
